1. Environmental Site Assessment

This area of expertise is crucial when an assessment of a property’s environmental liabilities is required to verify the potential presence of contaminants. This type of study begins with gathering information on a property’s history but also includes more technical tasks such as soil and water characterization, sampling, preparing a remediation plan, and overseeing the remediation of contaminated sites.
